Self catering apartment without reception & breakfast, the equipment of each room are different.
Each apartment has particular We have 9 units of different type apartment at the moment, in order to secure your reservation, by the meantime your booking are confirmed, we will reject other inquiry from customers. Much appreciated if you could understand the units which release in the short term / last minute will cause inconvenience for us.
Deposit : At the time of the booking, 30% of the total booking price is required to guarantee the booking. The balance of the full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival or upon check in. Once the booking has been paid, you will receive a confirmation message and we will keep in touch with you to ask for your arrival time, and plan the check-in. (Please note that your booking is not fully confirmed until the deposit payment is received).
Booking deposit forfeited for booking cancellation cannot be used to off set other accommodation charges.
Cancellation : Prior to arrival 1-59 days of cancellation, or failure to arrive will be treated as a NO Show and NO refund will be given.
- DO NOT increase the number of self-accommodation ( will be charged RM 100 or deny the occupancy).
- DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartment unit. Smoking is allowed at balcony area.
- NO Pets & Durian are allowed.- Stricly NO Parties / Gambling / Alcohol / Drugs or any illegal behaviour processing.
By making the booking, you agree to all these terms and conditions. Should you have any problem to meet the departure-scheduled time, please let us know in advance so that we can look for a solution that does no affect our apartment rental services.
